We accept Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Independence Blue Cross, and United Healthcare.

As a complimentary service, we will call your insurance carrier to verify your benefits. Once verifying your coverage, we will send you an email that details what we are told and also give you the reference number for this call. However, we do recommend clients also call themselves, because we can never guarantee coverage! 

Here are some questions that may be helpful to ask your insurance provider to ensure coverage:
  • Do I have nutrition counseling insurance benefits?
  • Do I have a copay?
  • Do I have a deductible?
  • How many sessions per year does my insurance cover?
  • Is this coverage eligible for telehealth?
  • If they ask for CPT codes: 97802 and 97803

out-of-pocket rates

If we don't take your insurance but you'd still like to see us, we offer out-of-pocket packages. We accept all major credit cards, in addition to HSA/FSA. 

Both individual session pricing and packages exist as cash pay options. An initial one hour session is $175/hour and follow ups are $150/ 45 minutes. Packages start at $500/month and include 3 sessions per month, and more accountability and touch points in between session with access to messaging,  our food journal, and custom meal and snack guides. Our team is happy to come up with a plan that feels comfortable for you!

frequently asked questions about payment

Will I still get charged if I miss a session?
We do have a cancellation and no show policy that will be reviewed with you prior to starting. We understand life happens, but out of respect for other clients we do request you give us notice before canceling or rescheduling. 

Can I use my HSA or FSA for nutrition counseling?
