Building a positive, nourishing, and sustainable relationship with food is possible by tuning out diet culture and tuning in to your unique wants and needs.
You’ll find me enjoying the daily adventures, pretend play, endless cuddles, and all that comes with raising a tiny human! Being a mom is the most challenging yet rewarding role I’ve ever held.
When I’m not chasing after little feet, I’m probably testing out a new recipe, making a tasty baked good, or sipping on a fancy coffee drink. I was a barista in my twenties and learned to really appreciate a good cup of coffee.
On the weekends I practically live outside. Whether it’s golfing, skiing, or going for a hike, nothing beats being out in fresh air and under trees.
