In a world where food can feel confusing, it can be difficult to sift through all of the nutrition noise. Nurturing a wholesome and sustainable relationship with food is healthier than obsessing over eating “healthy” foods. You deserve to feel empowered by food and your body, and together we will work towards a world where that is possible.
When I’m not working, you’ll be able to find me watching reality TV, eating chicken nuggets, and/or hanging with my friends and family.
In the winter months I’m most likely taking our sessions from the mountains. I love to snowboard and ski, especially on a fresh powder day!
If there’s a diet coke with ice and a glass straw, I’m likely somewhere close by. Give me a diet coke with my favorite tuna handroll or caesar salad and I’ll be set for life.
