There’s no such thing as ‘good’ or ‘bad’ foods, and people aren’t ‘good’ or ‘bad’ based on what they eat. Whether it’s a smoothie or a slice of pizza, it’s about what works for you in the moment. In our sessions, the goal is to help you stop stressing over food and start feeling more relaxed around it. We’ll focus on finding balance and making choices that feel good—no guilt, no rules. It’s all about giving you the freedom to enjoy food and trust your body again, without all the extra pressure.
