You deserve to be able to think about food in this way, too. Diet culture sadly finds ways to describe food with much scarier words than this. Through our work together, I wholeheartedly believe that reclaiming a peaceful and joyful relationship with food is possible.
You can find me playing with my handsome golden retriever, Theo, every chance I get. He is the epitome of a true gentleman, lover of life, and is always smiling.
One of my favorite ways to spend a weekend morning is at a local bakery, with a pastry in one hand and a latte in the other. A friend of mine recently taught me how to make sourdough bread and it was indeed the best day ever
Living in Denver means escaping to the mountains in some capacity almost every weekend. Camping, hiking, skiing, exploring… I’m there (and Theo is also pumped to be along for the adventure).
Which means it’s time to leave the food guilt and shame and constant food noise behind. Being more confident in your food choices and meeting your individualized needs means more time and energy for all of life’s adventures.
